Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, launch timing, pricing, features, or availability. We may change, delay, limit, or discontinue the product or waitlist at any time.

The site design, branding, copy, graphics, and related content are owned by or licensed to Subka unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit site content without permission.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or up to date. Content may change as the product evolves.

The site may rely on third-party tools or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and waitlist are provided on an as-available basis without warranties of any kind. Subka is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages arising from use of the site.

Use of the site is also governed by the Subka Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version published on this page will apply from the date it is posted.
