Subka operates this website and manages the product waitlist. For privacy questions, deletion requests, or other data rights requests, contact support@subka.app.

This policy applies to the Subka marketing website, the waitlist form, the Founding Creator application, and related pre-launch communications.

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. We also collect limited technical information needed to run and secure the site, such as request metadata and anti-abuse signals.

When you apply to the Founding Creator program, we may collect your name, email address, mobile or WhatsApp number, location, university or employer details, course or role information, social-media handles, portfolio links, application answers, consent confirmations, and limited technical information used to protect the application flow against spam or abuse.

If you choose to upload a supporting file, we may collect PDFs, images, or similar material that you submit as part of your application. We may also record application status, internal review notes, and related assessment history.

If you accept analytics cookies, Microsoft Clarity may collect usage data such as page views, clicks, scrolling, device/browser information, and session replay data.

We use waitlist data to manage signups, contact you about launch updates, respond to support requests, and protect the service against spam or abuse.

We use creator application data to review applicants, contact applicants about the program, assess suitability for current or near-term creator opportunities, manage onboarding conversations, keep internal review records, and protect the process against spam, fraud, duplicate submissions, or misuse.

We use analytics data to understand how people use the site, improve the product and messaging, and troubleshoot performance or usability issues.

We process waitlist and support data because it is necessary for our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service and communicating with people who request launch updates.

We process creator application data because it is necessary for our legitimate interests in running and administering the Founding Creator application process and, where applicable, to take steps at your request before entering a working or commercial arrangement.

Where cookies or similar tracking technologies require consent, we rely on your consent before enabling analytics tracking.

Creator application information is accessible only to Subka team members or service providers who need it to review applications, communicate with applicants, manage onboarding, store submitted files, or support the security and operation of the process.

We do not publish creator application files or answers. Supporting files are intended for internal review only unless you separately agree to provide content for publication.

The site can use Microsoft Clarity for behavioral analytics. Clarity is enabled only after you accept analytics cookies through the site banner or cookie preferences control.

If you decline analytics cookies, Clarity tracking is not enabled. We may still record basic first-party pageview counts without cookies, session replay, or user-level identifiers so we can understand overall site traffic.

You can change your choice later from the cookie preferences link in the site footer.

We use third-party providers to operate the site and waitlist, including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for waitlist data storage, and Microsoft Clarity for analytics when consent is granted.

Creator application data and review records may also be stored in Google services used by Subka, including Google Sheets for application records and Google Drive for optional uploaded files.

These providers process data on our behalf to deliver infrastructure, analytics, storage, and related operational services.

We keep waitlist information until it is no longer needed for launch communications and related business records, or until you ask us to delete it, unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons.

Unsuccessful creator applications and associated uploaded files will normally be deleted within 12 months, unless we need to keep them longer for legal, security, or dispute-resolution reasons, or you ask us to retain them for future opportunities.

If an applicant is accepted into a creator relationship, relevant application details may be retained for onboarding, contractual, accounting, tax, legal, or operational record-keeping as required for that relationship.

Analytics data retention is managed by the relevant provider under its service settings and policies.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for analytics cookies.

To exercise these rights, email support@subka.app with enough information for us to identify your request and the application or submission it relates to.

Our providers may process data in countries outside your own. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers and their contractual commitments.

You should also review the privacy information of the providers we use if you want more detail about their handling of data.

We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version published on this page will apply.
